1. Consultation Booking Policy

All consultations must be booked in advance through the website or booking platform. Once a consultation is scheduled, you will receive confirmation via email or message with the appointment details.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is accurate.

2. Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us in advance.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without additional charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice may be considered a missed appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may result in cancellation of further bookings.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability of future consultation slots.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes whenever possible.

4. Refund Policy for Consultations

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled.

However, refunds may be considered in certain situations, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place

  • Cancellation initiated by the service provider

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.

5. Program Enrollment Refund Policy

For longer nutrition programs or coaching services:

  • Once a program has started, refunds are typically not provided due to the personalised nature of the service.

  • If a refund request is submitted before the program begins, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage clients to review program details carefully before enrolling.

6. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

Digital products such as:

  • Recipe guides

  • Nutrition resources

  • Educational materials

are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are delivered immediately in digital format.

7. Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives late for a scheduled consultation:

  • The session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment.

  • The consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time.

This ensures fairness for all clients.

8. Service Provider Cancellation

In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment time.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund may be provided.
