She holds certifications in diabetes education and advanced bariatric nutrition, and her work focuses on conditions such as diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction and metabolic weight challenges. Her programs emphasise sustainable metabolic correction rather than temporary dieting. Natasha’s approach integrates clinical nutrition science with behavioural understanding. She works on identifying root metabolic drivers, understanding client lifestyle and psychology, and designing structured nutrition strategies that are practical, sustainable and easy to adhere to.
